Why do I want to start a blog/newsletter?
Hey y’all,
Thank you for following my blog! This is my first time sharing my writing publicly, so please don’t hesitate to give me any feedback or suggestions!
Let’s start with WHY I suddenly want to start writing a blog/newsletter:
- I recently watched a Youtube video from Ali Abdaal, who built an online business from $0 to $4M a year, and I really resonated with the idea of building an audience lets you connect with many more people. Ultimately, I am hoping to make more genuine and deeper connections by being vulnerable & putting myself out there
- I always wanted to start a business, but have no fucking idea how to do it. I figure maybe the best thing to do now is to start creating something simple - maybe writing content could be a good start
- I want to achieve financial freedom one day, so maybe blogging could lead to a passive income stream in the future
- I SUCK at writing, so I want to improve my writing skill
- I always enjoy teaching, so I want to share some of my life learnings to hopefully add some value to everyone’s life
My commitment to my readers:
- Writing consistently: my goal now is to write at least once every two weeks
- Be real & vulnerable: I am not going to sugarcoat or pretend to be politically correct about my thoughts and feelings
- Be humble: I am willing to listen to any feedback/advice, and I promise you I will never be offended 😜

- Career (from materials science to consulting to sales to sales ops, working at non-tech vs. tech)
- Startup Experiences (50 vs 100 vs 500 to 1000+ employee company)
- Personal Development (finding inner peace, my view on happiness)
- Relationships (my constant struggle in love life, experience with various dating apps, dating experience in different cities)
- Magic (becoming a professional magician, how I develop magic routines)
